Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for full refund on merchandise. Returns with a postage mark over 14 days of delivery date will receive a store credit only and a 20% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. This includes orders with free shipping.
Returns must be approved by Mr. Larkin first — Please follow our return steps described further below.
Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition. Mr. Larkin will not issue a refund until return merchandise has been received. Mr. Larkin reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN*
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization number. Kindly include your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return in the mail. Our return team will issue you a unique #RA number to include in your return.
Please put your RA# outside on the return package in order to complete your return and ship it with a signature required delivery method to:

Once your return has been received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing the refund or store credit.
*Do not return any product(s) without requesting a RA# number first - they may be rejected.
Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. We normally process in 24 hours, but processing can take longer during Holiday and sale season since we are a small team. We greatly appreciate your patience.

Mr. Larkin is not responsible for loss, damages or delays after shipping your order. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. We only deliver with signature upon request.

Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation & receipt with your order details, and a separate email will follow with tracking info. Please allow up to 24H for your tracking link to become active.

All orders from the UK will be charged without VAT. Customers will be required to pay local customs charges and taxes on delivery. All import and customs fees including any charges on order returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Mr Larkin. We are currently only accepting full priced returns for store credit on UK orders - no refunds will be accepted at this time. All UK sale or promo/ flash sale code purchase are FINAL SALE.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMX, Discover and Maestro. We also accept payments via PayPal or Klarna. If you have any payment inquiries please email customer care. All payments will be processed immediately and will be withdrawn from your account in 1-4 business days.

This applies to Denmark purchases ONLY. All products sold on Mr. Larkin are subject to a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use.
The claim has to be submitted within reasonable time, which is considered 2 months after you have noted the defect. If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by email at email@example.com. Our suppliers handle warranty claims in different ways. We will do our best to get your claim processed as quickly as possible.
In your claim you must include order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim if applicable, description of the claim and if applicable, description of how the fault occurred.
Any dispute between the business and the customer is subject to Danish law.
TAXES & DUTIES
In EU, a required sales tax is already included in price. Mr. Larkin cannot be held responsible for orders that are subject to any additional taxes, fees or duties outside of EU. All additional taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the client.

We make every effort to update our site on a daily basis and only display items that are currently in stock, however there may be instances where incorrect product availability can occur. If you have ordered an item that for some reason is not available or delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone.If we are unable to contact you or don’t hear back within reasonable time after contacting you, we will cancel the order.
